Company Policies

All orders are shipped via UPS ground on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.  Signature upon delivery required, no exceptions.

Once your credit card has been processed by Disco you will receive an email confirmation from us.  In general, orders are processed within 2 business days.  Once processed you should receive your order within 3-10 business days, depending upon your location.

All orders for local pickup will be available ONLY AFTER you have received a confirmation email from us stating that your order is ready for pickup.  Most local pickup orders will be available the same day, however you must call the store or wait to receive an email from us stating that your order is ready for pickup.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.

Disco is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events (ie. force of nature).

Disco currently provides shipping to the United States and Canada only.

holiday 2023 exchange policy

Full priced items purchased as holiday gifts between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 will be eligible for our holiday gift exchange policy that allows for these items to be exchanged for store credit through January 15, 2024.  We will not be able to make any exceptions to this policy, so please make sure your recipients are aware as well!


We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on any of the following items:  Sale Items (all final sale), Face Masks and PPE, Swimwear, Underwear, Makeup (unless completely sealed in packaging), Umbrellas, Candy and Perishable Items.  Seasonal Items may NOT be returned and are final sale only.  This applies to all holiday goods.


Disco is not responsible for return freight costs for any items purchased and exchanged through our website.  If you are making an online exchange please send tracking information to prior to sending your exchange item.


All store credits will be valid for one calendar year after their issue date.


In the rare case of an inventory error that results in a customer ordering an item that is no longer in stock, the credit card used at checkout will be refunded the purchase price of the unavailable item, and the rest of the order will ship as-is. We are very sorry, but Disco is unable to confirm all shortages with customers before shipping.

cancelling or editing existing orders

If you would like to edit or cancel an existing order placed on our website please contact us via email at or call us at 1-917-909-0693 . We will respond to your email within 2 business days to let know if we are able to accommodate your changes.


Non-sale merchandise purchased online or in-store may be returned with receipt for store credit only within 14 days of receipt.  Store credit will reflect the item cost only, we will not credit the account for shipping costs incurred.

Disco will only accept merchandise in new or unused condition. Clothing must contain all tags, shoes must be unworn and returned in boxes with all original packaging.

The following items are FINAL SALE only.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

There will be no exceptions made on the following items at any time:

-Sale Items

-Face Masks and PPE

-All Seasonal Holiday Items



-Bath Products - Bath bombs, Shower Gels, Lotions

-Makeup of any kind including lip balm, lip gloss and nail polish

-Skin Care Products - including face masks

-Undergarments - underwear, bras, bra camisoles etc.

-Ear buds and headphones (unless manufacturers defect)


-Eyewear - sunglasses and other


Disco is not responsible for return freight costs.  You may ship the package through any carrier however, we recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.  We are not responsible for missing packages.  You may send return tracking information via email to .

Credits are issued within 7 business days of Disco’s merchandise receipt.  You will receive your credit via email once it has been processed.  Disco store credits are valid for one year after date of issue.
